RTB Wills & Estate Planning Solutions is Worcestershire based firm.
There are over 50% of adults in the UK who do not have a valid Will and it is our mission to change this and ensure that your estate is managed your way.
The business was founded by Richard Booth. With over 20 years of experience in both business and advisory roles, he embarked on his career at an accounting firm, where he became a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser. There, he worked with a diverse range of clients, immersing himself in the complex challenges that individuals and business owners face when it comes to estate planning. This invaluable experience would later serve him well when running his own software business, allowing him to navigate these challenges first hand and shape his own Will and estate planning strategies.
In more recent years, Richard has worked as a Mortgage and Protection adviser (and continues to do so) helping clients secure the right financial products to purchase their homes and protect their families. During this time, he noticed that a lot of clients had not written a Will. This gap in their long term planning as well as a general lack of awareness of the importance of having a Will was a driving force and motivation to establish RTB Wills & Estate Planning Solutions.
As well as helping individuals directly, Richard enjoys assisting fellow professionals—such as accountants and financial advisers—by providing expert guidance on Wills and estate planning solutions for their clients. His meticulous, client-centric approach means that he not only understands his clients' unique needs but also ensures that the most effective solutions are put in place, with regular reviews to adapt to changing laws and evolving goals.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys a rich and fulfilling personal life. He lives in Worcester with his wife and their beloved cats. When he's not with family, you’ll find him immersed in his passions for sport and music, whether watching an exciting football match or rocking out on the drums!
